
Return Policy
10-Day Return Policy
We understand the importance of being completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 10-day return window, giving you ample time to ensure your product is perfect. If for any reason you wish to return it, you can easily do so within 10 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued, with a deduction of Rs. 1500/- per product to cover delivery and processing fees.
Exclusions to the 10-Day Return Policy:
- Exchanged Orders: If you’ve already exchanged a product once under the 10-day return policy, a second exchange will fall under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- Personalized or Customized Products: Items that have been engraved, personalized, or customized are not eligible for returns under this policy.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for the 10-day return policy, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in a saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, wear, or alterations. Stickers and tags should remain intact. If the packaging or product tag has been tampered with, the return will be processed under our Buyback Policy.
Refund Process:
Once the product is returned, it will undergo a thorough Quality Check. Upon successful completion of the quality assessment, refunds will be processed within 10 business days:
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: The refund will be credited to your bank account.
- For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
How to Return a Product:
- Submit a return request through your account on our website or by emailing us at hello@dhumradiamonds.com within 10 days of delivery.
- Dhumra Diamonds will provide you with reverse pickup details and instructions.
- Pack your jewelry in its original packaging, along with the certificate, and hand it to the logistics executive.
- Ensure that the original product certificate and invoice accompany the return. If the certificate is lost, an additional charge of Rs. 3,500 or Rs. 2000 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applied.
- Obtain an acknowledgment for the return (a paper receipt, photo of the tracking number, or SMS confirmation).
- After we receive the product, our team will perform a quality check. Once cleared, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 10 business days. Please note, any product showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by an external jeweler), or damage will not be accepted for return under this policy.
- For products purchased via the EMI system, we will deduct 2% or the applicable bank charges (whichever is higher) from the refund of the initial installment.
Return Options:
You can return products at any of our physical stores. If visiting a store is not possible, Dhumra Diamonds will arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
Policy Updates:
Dhumra Diamonds reserves the right to modify its return policies at any time. We encourage you to review these policies regularly. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website: www.dhumradiamonds.com. For significant updates, we will post a notification indicating that the policies have been updated.
