With this policy, you can return your jewelry along with the original product certificate and receive a buy-back or exchange value based on the current market rates. A small deduction for making charges, taxes, and a Rs. 1,500 processing fee applies, ensuring a seamless process. Additionally, if you received a discount or gift with your purchase, we will deduct its value accordingly.

If you wish to exchange your jewelry, we’ll credit the value directly to your Dhumra Diamonds account, giving you the freedom to choose something new and exciting from our collection. It’s important to note that this value cannot be encashed but opens up endless possibilities for your next purchase.
Remember, only jewelry in its original condition, without alterations by anyone other than Dhumra Diamonds, will be accepted. And, of course, we’ll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the exchange is fair and accurate. Should any adjustments to the value be necessary, we’ll always provide a clear explanation.

If you’re considering selling back your jewelry, our Lifetime Buy-Back offers you peace of mind. You’ll receive a secure bank transfer for the buy-back value within 15 business days of us receiving the product. It’s our way of ensuring that your investment with Dhumra Diamonds remains safe and hassle-free.
How We Determine Your Buy-Back or Exchange Value:

*Note: The current market value is determined on the day of your exchange or buy-back request.
Important Notes: Things to Keep in Mind
- Buy-back and exchange options are not applicable for loose diamonds, baguettes, or tapered diamonds.
- Polkis, pearls, and colored stones are also excluded from this policy.
- Always have the original invoice and product certificate handy to qualify for buy-back or exchange.
- Lost the certificate? No worries! A charge of Rs. 3,500 or Rs. 2000 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
- Items purchased from non-Dhumra Diamonds sources (other stores or websites) are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.
- Any discount applied at the time of purchase on metals, diamonds, or stones will be deducted from the current market price during buy-back or exchange.
- e-Points, rewards, or benefits used while making the purchase will also be deducted from the buy-back or exchange value.
- Buy-back applies to products with a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.
- If you purchased through the EMI system, we’ll deduct any unpaid EMIs in addition to the usual deductions.
Shipping & Insurance: We’ve Got You Covered
At Dhumra Diamonds , we make sure your precious jewelry reaches you safely. We take care of shipping and insurance costs for delivery to your address. And if you need to return or exchange an item, don’t worry – we’ll handle the reverse shipping too! The Rs. 1,500 processing fee we charge at the time of return, buy-back, or exchange includes these services, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs.
